When I was working out on my own, my exercises lacked diversity and intensity. This routine didn’t help me achieve my goals to get stronger. Dylan introduced me to a healthy eating plan (consisting of delicious food recipes!) and also to a proper exercise plan targeting different parts of the body which helped me see visible results in less than a month time.
