I’ve never been able to stick with the gym consistently as I wasn’t knowledgeable enough to set myself a workout plan and I wasn’t sure what was working and what wasn’t. Having Dyl there to plan my workouts and my meals has taken away the stress of all that and has given me the push I needed to be consistent and after 4 weeks I already feel stronger and fitter.

When I was working out on my own, my exercises lacked diversity and intensity. This routine didn’t help me achieve my goals to get stronger. Dylan introduced me to a healthy eating plan (consisting of delicious food recipes!) and also to a proper exercise plan targeting different parts of the body which helped me see visible results in less than a month time. As someone who had been working out for a good while but had no clue what he was actually doing, Dyl came in as a lifesaver. He gave me an excellent workout plan and a fantastic dietary plan.
